Booked the hotel for an overnight stay. Distance from Ernakulam South Railwaystation is approx 400-600 mtr. The condition of the room was good. However the staff was average in terms of professionalism. The room was not properly sanitised for mosquitoes, after multiple requests, one all out was provided. Parking space is adequate. AC was also good. The price displayed at MMT was affordable and was less than the price offered by the property. Booked the hotel for an overnight stay. It may looks better in photos but the service and complimentary breakfast are awful. Actually there is no breakfast at all they served only cold dosas with chutney and tea or coffee. Even if you are looking to just to get rest, you can have this hotel as last option

Big rooms with all the facilities. I have a separate room for dining and a king size bed room. Ac was working fine. Hot water was always available in tap.

This hotel is of a quality of only a lodge with poor amenities. The discription given while booking is not at all filled. The room is full of mosquitos. No coffee maker. Poor lighting in bathroom. Tv is too small in size with handicapped legg. Breakfast is very limited. The manager or the owner is not at all a quality person. The house keeping people where guest friendly. The front office people where ok.

Stay experience was bad

Hotel is under renovation and should not have accepted our booking on line, looks like we were the only guest there in the hotel, break fast was not served though included in the cost, plug points were not working and was broken, hot water in the bath room was not available and on complaining it was rectified. Overall cleanliness, hygiene wasn't great.
