Really pathetic situation for me first They didn't even allow me to check in It seems they didn't accept online bookings I was in a very bad situation that day

Rooms are neat , clean .. good for business travelers.. few aspects in bathroom can be improved

truly exceptional stay that felt like home , Staff are Attentive, friendly, and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble...

nice stay with calm place and clean room..... staff are polite center of attraction

good stay .. and good hospitality.. good wifi connection .... most of all rooms are clean and hygienic

Dear Manager I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback. The room was clean and comfortable, but overall, I found it to be fairly average. While the basic amenities were in place, there wasn’t anything particularly outstanding about the experience. its ok. No lifts available. no electric kettle .for the whole family they provided one towel.

My stay was overall comfortable, and the property had a good location with clean rooms and helpful staff. However, there were a few issues that could be improved. Hot shower water wasn’t available during my stay, and the toilet seat was tilted with a low-pressure jet spray, which was a bit inconvenient. Apart from that, the ambiance and service were satisfactory, and I hope these minor issues will be fixed soon.

The room was ok but the bed was totally damaged iron rods were protruding from the bed which is really dangerous and no hot water facility is available in the room.

a rathole kind of conjusted room without ventilation and proper light. Sheets and towels were not fresh and room was full of dust. Bathroom stinks and very unhygienic

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient too

Exterior and interior is good, now towel rods, lack of hot water, overall overpriced for a 1-2 star hotel, breakfast provided was cheap and not not worthy. staff behaviour is amazing, toiletries was not sufficient for 2 person stay,

The stay was okay however room maintenance is not good and bit stinking otherwise if they maintain certain housekeeping it’s excellent

room was spacious foa a solo, ac, tv were working properly, only setback was with quilt provided, it's stitches were open and cotton was coming out. Geyser switch was broken and hand wash soap was not provided.

it's nice place to stay and staff atitude is so kind it's very pleasant to stay on this atmosphere

Clean, minimum budget stay. Good rooms with a clean washroom. Budget friendly. Very near to railway station and mg road

No working lock, no hangers, inconsistent hot water in bathroom. No extra cot, only a thin mattress for third person.
