a rathole kind of conjusted room without ventilation and proper light. Sheets and towels were not fresh and room was full of dust. Bathroom stinks and very unhygienic

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient too

Exterior and interior is good, now towel rods, lack of hot water, overall overpriced for a 1-2 star hotel, breakfast provided was cheap and not not worthy. staff behaviour is amazing, toiletries was not sufficient for 2 person stay,

The stay was okay however room maintenance is not good and bit stinking otherwise if they maintain certain housekeeping it’s excellent

room was spacious foa a solo, ac, tv were working properly, only setback was with quilt provided, it's stitches were open and cotton was coming out. Geyser switch was broken and hand wash soap was not provided.

This is a pocket friendly average hotel. Rooms were clean and staff were courteous.

The rooms of the toilet were not working properly. I was not able to close the doors of the toilet. Also the tap of the wash basin were not working.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near and walking distance to shopping area and local restaurants. we was lucky to be upgraded to a Superior room with window.

I think they are providing terrible Room booked through mat. Was basin Tap broken and not able to close Bathroom door

Food was not available at the hotel, yet door delivery was available from the nearest restaurant. Location is very close to railway station, which is a big positive. Tv, ac, all were good condition. A small regular maintenance more would add 4+ rating for sure

Ac was not working properly, fan has a constant high speed not decreasing they reduce the output of AC for day time when it’s really hot outside
