Very beautiful western style rooms. Amazing glass door for bathroom. Centralised air condition. Food is excellent in the hotel. Has a swimming pool. Definitely I will stay here when I next visit Kochi. It's in vytilla near Nair hospital. Near to south railway station. Also near to Lulu mall and fort Kochi beach.

Cons: - A little inside the Kochi city, followed by many gullys, we had little difficulty finding it when reached. - Basically in a non-business zone, in a residential area. - Since inside a residential area, you need to come out some long ways to get shops etc. - There were no option for ordering afternoon snacks, only lunch or dinner you can able to order and by advance. We were required to get out of our room to long-away shoppe to get some foods (although it's resort stuff's goodness who offered us with their bike to get outside and bought back some foods for evening). Pros: - A very fantastic boutique resort with very welly decorated artifacts and a very pleasant architectural flavor of Kochin city luxury villas. - As said 'luxury villa' it does have a luxury essence inside. - We booked a suite room, and there were so many amenities to count on. - Rooms were very clean and targeted to give best of comfort and facilities. - The big bathroom divided by multiple rooms, and all were very clean. - The dining hall in rooftop was quite dazzling and nice. We liked breakfast there. - Foods were very good. - Staff were very helpful and willing to helpful.

It a lovely property situated next to a backwater location in Ernakulam. Its about 25 minutes (14 from the Fort Kochi location where the most heritage properties are as is the Muziris Biennale. Two nuggets I want to add - do not miss a meal at the Grand pavilion & Nawras (MG Road). Amazing food for sea food lovers and good food aficionados in general. The Le Meridien stay was very warm mostly due to its attention lavished on us by its people starting from the top with the GM, the chef Negi, The restaurant manager Mahiul Islam, Rahul Jerath at the front desk & special mention for Veena at the spa. The staff in general are very attentive and deeply conscious of guest needs and I mean for ALL guests and room service is very prompt and attentive too. They took pains to make our stay comfortable and were very responsive to each 7 every need. The brilliant part is that Monica Suri has instituted this as a philosophy down the line to ALL staff members right up to the floor trainee housekeepers and that is VERY commendable indeed. The breakfast spread is very lavish, fresh & with lots of variety for every palate. AND the chef+team circulates regularly through the hall and is ever ready with custom preparations. The food was uniformly good (except one very badly prepared Sirloin steak on a single occasion. I think it was old possibly) and we had a great choice in both buffet & a la carte selections. The hotel will make travel arrangements for tourist activities on request (slightly more expensive but worth the difference as headache becomes zero) and we had a wonderful backwater tour at Allepey thanks to them. The pool & spa are very well maintained. They may not be the best visually as compared to more recent properties by the attention was impeccable & Veena at the spa was really knowledgeable on ayurveda and provided sterling service. In summary, good location + fantastic people with fabulous service levels + really great value for money. GO THERE!!!

Good hotel rooms but facilities like Minibar in rooms, Spa etc need to be developed. Breakfast spread was descent. Food quality was okay but not quantity was less in comparison to the price charged. Since the hotel is near service road. . Need to walk at least a km to get something.

The hotel is situated on the backwaters giving it amazing views, but it's quite isolated from the rest of the city unless you have your own car, or are willing to spend quite a penny commuting back and forth using taxis or uber. The rooms are neat and clean for the most part, however they do need a little upkeep, for e. G some corners of the room had the wall paper start to come out, the USB port for the TV wasn't functional for the room we were in, stains on the carpet and on the bathroom floors. Etc. The service was pretty good, however they do require a better means of relaying information to each other during shift changes, as your requests can be forgotten when the shift takes place. My wife and I had eaten at the Mosiac, a restaurant they have at the hotel, The food was average, however they do have a pretty decent bakery, and the deserts were very tasty. Overall It's a great hotel, just needs a little work to live up to its reputation.

Location is the main attraction and the pool. We took Lake facing cottage, it was fantastic view... Room is large enough with nice bathroom and balcony. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good but dinner buffet not up to the mark. Beware of mosquitos!!! Pool side staff who is 'supposed' to keep chairs, bed and towel can behave better (he is the only one I found odd at this resort). Check out took 30 mts though we informed one hour prior.

Room was clean and so were the restrooms. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. They were willing to let us stay over the normal check out time due to Hertha. Overall service provided is excellent and good value for money.

Good clean hotel with all modern facilities. Convenient location on the bypass road. Comfortable to stay with family. Swimming pool is clean but small. Gym needs some more equipments. Only draw back is the service at their restaurant. Pathetically slow though the food is pretty decent.
