Bathroom shower was not working. So had to use bucket and mug. But there was nothing to sit. So taking Bath was slight difficult especially with cranky knees. Overall cleanliness was good. Location is good. Slightly inside from the highway. So don't get any noise.

Very bad room service, the room service phone was not picked or an hour. I ended up going down to the restaurant to get some food and they apparently had only buffet and no a la carte, which was really sad for hotel which charges you a premium to stay.

Friendly and Helpful staff. Hassle free early check-in. WiFi is good and taxis are available nearby. Food is good but bit costly. Facilities like hot water and WiFi is good. Cleanliness is maintained across the hotel. Safety lockers are provided for late checkout.

Location of the hotel is really good, rooms are pretty small but compensated by the quality of service. Especially if you are travelling for business then its worth it. Hotel management is friendly and helps you with proper quality of service and hygiene.

Good, couple can stay easily, they don't give extra, wat you ask they do serve. Happy environment. Near bandra station. 1 min walking. Service not so great, not so bad too. Loved the area and good for couple as I said.

As per price rooms is OK but hotel located in slum area, if you want to see Mumbai you pay lots of taxi fee and near to this hotel there no option to eat and purchase. As per my suggestion if you plan to go Mumbai please go..

Iff you are running low on budget, this can be your place to stay for it has good proximity from the airport. Also, sakinaka area has many good restaurants whhere you can dine in. The rooms facilities were not that good. AC wasn't working properly. But the staff was good and helpful.

Overall BAD experience. I reached atmis night as my flight got delayed. Hotel has given my room to other customer and they asked me to stay in nearby hotel, arranged by them for one night. No internet, no drinking water, no mosquito repellent

I stayed on 13th November, 2016 for single night. Rooms are little small in size but it dose not matter much as the cleanliness, cooperativeness of the hotel staff is great. No bar or restaurant but good value of money. Good part is that it on walking distance of Asalpha Metro station.

I reached hotel at 11am and wanted an early check-in as I had to check-in and go out. The lady at reception was rude. She asked where I did the booking from and on replying MMT, she told to come at 12pm. I understand the 12pm check in policy but the way she replied was not professional. The room was OK, clean and other staff was good. I had a coupon so I got the booking for 1700, but the room cost was 3200 or more ( I don't remember exactly) which I feel is over priced. They provide room service at even 12am which is a good point. The toilet door doesn't lock in the room 306 where I stayed. There are no good restaurants around this place, but plenty of snack options available. Santa Cruz Railway station is just 5 min walk away.

No hot water, room is not good, no Wi fi, I don't know why make my trip written Double Deluxe room, it is worset than standard, I don't advice any one to stay in this hotel, and it is very costly according to the location and facilities

The receptionist just gives away rooms to people without checking other prior bookings. I had booked rooms 2 months in advance via MakeMyTrip, and they basically said sorry, but we're booked. Please do not choose these people.
