Food is good Location as well Room and premises was neat n clean

It was a great experience as always! This was my fourth time staying here and the ambience, the food, the location, proximity yo the airport - everything is amazing! In fact, I had misplaced my suitcase keys at the airport and the hotel not only helped me unlock my suitcase but also got it repaired for me within a few hours! Definitely recommend it!

My booking was for three adults , no room available & the room offer is terrible, so we haven’t check in & moved to our relative place in Andheri. It is very unexpected for us . Hope you will do the needful. Thanks.

it is not hotel it is lodge , there ar two lodge in same building, room were clean but staff non approachable, not reception lifts phone, intercom no one reply.

Very close to visa office car auto service is on immediate call good room service staff, reception staff is also very polite

All Good But Matters Very Bed Quality Brekfast GOOD WASHROOM AVERAGE

It's one of the worst property at BKC location to stay. The hotel is on 1st floor, where it's more like a lodge, rooms stinks, beds are like 1 layer of foam with spring hurting your back, bathroom is just as bad as rooms. We checked out in just 1 hour as it would make us sick with suffocation & smell all around. Overall it's just not worth the price what you pay. Look for better option available just neighbouring this property.

Toilet 🚽 seat totly damege d, after completing, they have not responded to solve , breakfast is also not warm like they serve tea ☕

Not so great, hotel rooms are small for high cost, get better hotels nearby don’t go for this, but easy for embassy

The smallish room is nice and adequate. The bathroom was clean and functional. Outside view was just a lane - nothing bad but not in the 'view' category. Food had to be ordered (via the hotel) from outside - and was expensive like a 5-star hotel. The towels didn't feel and smell fresh on any day. Overall, good for a brief business ONLY FOR a solo MALE travellers. I personally cannot imagine staying with my family here.

Purpose solved .... room was clean and whatever there in room all in working condition.... service is excellent even morning breakfast was nice

Location is very close to US embassy and very convenient to go and come back walking or by hiring auto. Nice and prompt service. Food choices are limited but good food. Small but clean rooms

stay was good but wont recommend to eat there cuz its that bad rest stay was good.location was perfect near embassy.

hotel's location was very nice for us embassy work. restaurant was not there so we hv to order fr outside. but the staff were very polite and helping. bathroom was clean and new. the quality of mattress was very bad. so ok ok experience

At the time of booking they show room with queen and single bad but in actual they provide extra mattress
