its was an average stay experience. Hygiene but old. Services are good. One person was too rude at the reception, others aplogized for his behavior. otherwise overall experience was fine

LOCATED VERY MUCH NEAR TO THE RAILWAY STATION AND NEAR TO DOMESTIC AIRPORT AS WELL. LOCATED IN THE MARKET AREA WHERE YOU WILL GET THE GOOD SHOPING EXPERIENCE.

The positive in this property is, it is close to Santacruz railway station (E) And few local food facilities Room and toilet is small

Room service was prompt and served delicious dishes, location is ideal for exploring, staff were friendly and professional

Budget hotel with almost all basic amenities.. on the road so location wise good if u want yo stay in a well connected area.. overall value for money hotel..

the staff is very friendly. The rooms were clean and maintained. Although during my stay I faced hot water issues, but it was so much of a big deal breaker for me. It's closeby to santacruz station and everything is easily accessible. overall I loved my stay.

Didn’t Like The Staff There There Was No Service For The Guest Room Was Small They Need Renovation In The Hotel

Rooms are very dirty, they don’t provide the water bottle and shaving kit also breakfast too pathetic i will never suggest to anyone for the stay here

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The rooms were very small, which made it feel cramped, and the hotel itself seemed quite outdated. Even the linens appeared worn and in need of replacement. However, i do want to highlight that the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were the standout feature of my experience, always attentive and ready to assist. While the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, the service was definitely a positive aspect.

Hotel is good, i stayed on official as well as personal trips. Prefer discount if checkin time more than 4-5 hrs, more clean beds, not with yellow shaded ones. Food @ restaurant is nice. Need to renovate washrooms as well.

It was nice pleasant stat. The staff was very supportive and very polite and helpful. Breakfast also very good. It is very near to santa cruz railay station. Easily accessible all locations by auto, cab and by local.

Hotel is too expensive & unnecessary hidden charges has taken & restaurant is not available as hotel is showing the details but hotel is purchased the dinner & lunch from the other restaurants which is not healthy & quality is too poor
