Don’t book. This is a very shady hotel. Bad service and hospitality. No amenities. No breakfast. Overpriced menu, that too they order from somewhere else. Asked for a dental kit, they charged me 60₹ for it.

The rooms are not as same as the picture. Rooms are too small like a matchbox. Its very untidy and lock system is not good. Also there is mosquito issues.

Very convenient location. Helpful and cordial staffs. However, rooms have poor ventilation and no window. Therefore ac is mandatory. And one must bear all the sounds from the neighbors during the stay.

I was here with my friends, and the stay was good and comfortable with all basic necessities. The best thing is, it is near to the santacruz station (just a 10 min walk. The cleanliness was okay (did find a few mosquitoes. The staff was really friendly and reachable at all times. Overall, a good stay ideal for 3 days/2 nights.
