Less said the better. Rather plain and ugly. No luxury can be found at these apartments. Nothing about the building, the lobby, the apartments and the amenities say good let alone Luxury. Terrible soap (no shampoo or conditioner or body cream, who thinks rhese are luxury) and that was it. No hand towels, no foot mats. Not sure when the beds were made or if the sheets get washed after every time the room is occupied. Barely clean kitchen and ugly living space. The reception and the gentleman walking guest to the apartment were kind and professional. Everything else was terrible.

The room was perfectly neat and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite. The property is in prime locality with easy accessibility to airport and railway station. Well maintained property

That 24 hours stay on that hotel at that location at that price was excellent,all the staffs of that hotel was very active and the best thing was that we can make our food by ourself.

Travelled to Mumbai for the first time and wow am I glad to have stayed here. Couldn't ask for anything better better as this place has everything we required. Definitely staying here the next time I come to Mumbai!

I booked 1 bhk, but they gave me 2 bhk. Which I did not like. Giving more space doesn’t work for everyone. House hold items were dirty like fridge, cockroaches inside. Bed sheet was washed long back and were just kept it seems. Curtains has stains. Location is so so. Overall bad

the stay was fantastic, the room was tidy and clean. it was spacious comfortable for 4 adults. location was also not bad with a 5 min walk from the main road and 10mins from santacruz railway station and metro station. overall a good booking.

It is a perfect stay with all basic amenities and clean space. I had a wonderful experience. The staff was nice and cooperative. The location is also okay. It is not difficult to reach the property. I would recommend the place especially to those travelling with kids.

1. Comortable stay and in a Convenient location in Mumbai. 2. The Beds and Airconditions are good. Washrooms are clean. 3. Bedrooms needs to be refurbished due paint flaking and wooden flooring need repair. The cost is not much for repair. management should take care of such things on priority. 4. Swiggy and zomato easily available and delivers door step.

A nice place to stay, it's a home away from home, the rooms are quite spacious, the view from the windows was superb, well furnished rooms with kitchen with microwave, hot kettle fridge, TV The people working are all good, they can make your stay comfortable, the place is very close to the domestic and international airport and also you can get other means of transport easily, overall a nice place to stay ❤
