property is located in prime residential society and is accessible from all points by auto, bike, car, bus etc. Food and Room is costly compared to the price paid and the room needs deep cleaning.

I stayed in the deluxe room. It was clean and hygienic. All electricals were working fine. Beyond the room, the property is well maintained and clean. The area is residential, so you will have a peaceful stay. The staff were very polite and professional. Note that the checkout time is 11 am and not 12 pm as given on makemytrip. Highly recommend!

The location was good, the rooms were clean and not, but the food was not upto the mark. And they denied providing food even when they had kitchen, they did not even had raw material as maggi in their kitchen

It is clear example cheating. While saying deluxe room they make you stay in tiny room which is build on terrace just next to kitchen where might the maids are also leaving. Same time you have to use washroom and bathroom like public as must be common for staff and you. Do not forgot to carry you own water as they will give water in plastic bottle. And oh yes the free complementary breakfast you will get but while check out you will have to pay the charges for breakfast. Shared parking is mentioned but once you reached they will say just park on road wherever you get the place by luck

Horrible place. No board. Address and phone number given was wrong. Reached at twelve in the night with no assistance. Finally stayed at a friend's place. Total waste booking this place

This is the best in mumbai/malad i could find in this price range. Location and accessibility are very good. Rooms were nice and presentable, with large enough bathrooms. Breakfast, very simple, was complimentary, and other meals were readily available on order. I intend to stay here only in my future trips.

Caretaker is so cooperative and room is clean

The place is well maintained and the staff are good. I stayed in the property in malad called sharda bhawan. The locality is good. The breakfast was fine. The staff are very friendly. Event though its very difficult to find the property, as its situated inside another complex and doesn't has its own entrance. The rooms are well maintained.

Shelter provide a very good homely atmosphere with polite, smart and efficient care takers. Further, the proprietor is very helpful and dependable in case you require beyond your comfortable stay.

Very costly according to facility provide, room service os not good, food facilities was horrible, complimentaey breakfast was not good, lunch & dinner facilities was limited, tv was not working, caretaker not active.

Was booked, stayed and confirmed at Shelter 6 and sent to another hotel by the proprietor where breakfast was terrible and tea was not complimentary. Very lousy service.

Nice property ambiance in a calm and peaceful location. Staffs were courteous. They've provided a decent, comfortable and clean room with the basic necessities. Security arrangement was good at the property. Property was value for money.
