Avoid at All Costs – Unhygienic, Unsafe, I booked Luxe Villa (by Gagal Homes) – Kandivali East but was met with a disaster. After 18+ hours of travel, we arrived at midnight to find: • 30-40 mosquitoes swarming the room, with dead insects and mosquito eggs on surfaces. • A strong stench of damp, filthy mops. • Green algae in water bottles, proving they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The listing concealed a crucial fact—our room was inside the kitchen/pantry area. Entry was through the kitchen, which had an unbearable odor. When we raised concerns, the caretaker dismissed them, saying, “It’s just mosquitoes.” Hygiene and safety were clearly not a priority. We requested another room, but the owner refused, despite an empty room being available. Instead of helping, he scolded the caretaker for mentioning it. With mosquitoes infesting the entire property, staying there meant serious health risks. Exhausted, we had no choice but to leave at midnight. and a request for photos—no refund, no alternative stay, nothing. Stranded at 1 AM, I demand a full refund. If not resolved, 🚨 Travelers, avoid this place unless you want to risk your health, money, and peace of mind.

Yes stay is good but some mosquito problem here. No hot water available. Care taker also responsive. I think my self not understood hot water system. Enjoying now breakfast with sun bath. Very quite place and enjoy it. Next time definitely come with my family to mumbai tour. Hope you will co-operate

The stay in this villa was fabulous with large bedroom and spacious balcony with all the amenities they provide and the food quality was also best.

Not as shown in the images. They have 2 apartment nearby. Air conditioner in 2 bedrooms tripping whole night. Only air conditioner of one bedroom worked whole night. Most important thing is that check-in time shown on MakeMyTrip website was 7 am but host refused it and told to check-in on 10 am.
