Terrible Stay

1. The check-in process was extremely inconvenient and took over 30 minutes, with the owner being unresponsive throughout. 2. One of the rooms allotted to us turned out to be the caretaker’s room, and it did not even have an attached bathroom. 3. Bath towels were not provided. 4. Basic toiletries were also not provided. 5. The caretaker left the premises, due to which we had to go all the way down from the 13th floor to collect our food ourselves. 6. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and extremely hard, causing back pain and making it difficult to sleep. 7. The bathroom door was broken and would not close properly. 8. The rooms provided were nowhere close to what was shown in the listing images. Given the overall experience and the gap between what was promised and what was actually provided, I believe a refund is justified.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I came to Mumbai for work and stayed here. The Wi-Fi was strong, the room was quiet, and there was a table to work on. It was easy to go to meetings from here. This is a great place for business trips.
