the hotel is superb, excellent vibes very cooperative staff. Good delicious... only one thing that the Rooftop is actually a disappointment as there is no songs Playigns and only there a spa like slow music... the bar is not open like a normal rooftop bar would be. Pool is very clean and breakfast is good as well.

Excellent stay, Food was very nice, breakfast spread was good 💯. Courteous and polite staff couple of call outs Vinayak, Janvhi from the food section. We couldn't use the pool as it was pouring and weather was too chilly. The kids play zone and Gym was very good too. The location too of The Fern Hotel had the forest n mountain view. Definitely recommend it. 👍🙌😉 All in all a place to come back.

We had stayed at the Fern Shelter Resort Palghar for 2 days from 10th August to 12th August 2025. Had a wonderful stay, location was easily accessible. The food including Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was excellent with good service. The facilities were all very nice. Staff was very courteous and co-operative. Will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Was there for one night stay with family! Not many indoor activities but sufficient for a day. Hotel had organised a visit to a nearby dam in the evening which was an amazing experience 😊. The food was really good and great support staff. We really enjoyed our stay! it was magical in monsoon
