Galaxy Beacon Hotel

Too long to allocate room, no Soap in the washroom, no TV, phone not working in Room, almirah rod was misplaced so cant hang clothes, no iron, every time card has issues even you get it checked at reception everytime, no response ifbyou have concerns and you call on their mobile, check out was pathetic

Actually the location was ok but may be the hotel setup is new so it wasnt well equipped .not their fault totally they are trying ..but after paying the amount we did it wasnt pleasant

terrible service, terrible experience! their own CRM is not well connected won't guarantee a room even if you pay the entire amount upfront. front desk staff, especially the one in the morning shift, are both rude and inexperienced. nobody responds on the intercom. not recommending anyone to book this hotel.

Unpleasant experience. The rooms were stinking with dirty linens. The washroom was terrible with stains on the toilet seat. The service was very average and people at the reception were unfriendly. I don’t advise anyone to visit this hotel instead there are much better hotels near by offering the same rate.

good services best location near about airport train and other juhu chopaty is near room is large and best breakfast delicious Evrything best building is not new and not old but building is good maintain

Hotel was near the airport which was my main concern & hospitality was also good though food was not upto my taste. Overall it was a good experience to stay there. Since trip was very short i did not take any other image

Property was good, food is also good the only concern is not proper car parking you have to park your car on road except that everything is fine.

They did not assign the proper room, kept switching me to several rooms and each one had one or the other issue. Gave incorrect information that breakfast is included and when i was supposed to checkout, they charged me for it. Horrible management and horrible practices.

The hotel is good and all staffs are very polite and cooperative. Food also very tasty and location also convinient for airport

Location, food and services are very good. Regarding amenities, all are good except the separation of wet and dry area in the bath room. It would have been best if the glass partition between wet and dry area was full instead of only 1/3rd at present. I have a very important suggestion regarding common dining hall. We have seen one gentleman smoking inside the dining hall during breakfast time, this spoiled our mood to enjoy the good breakfast. This could have been avoided if one or two display of " no smoking area" in the common dining hall. Please bring it to the urgent notice of hotel management.

Rooms were very small with no wi-fi network, food was good. We wear given lower grade room with no lift facility

I had nice experience stay at hotel galaxy. Property is well maintained, rooms and washroom are clean. Food is very good. Staff is cooperative. Must recommended stay. . I had pleasant experience at hotel galaxy. Rooms are big and washroom are clean and hygienic. Staffs were supportive. Food is very good. Must plan your stay.

Stay was pleasant. Gesture was awesome! i would like to come back again. The people in this hotel are very good they take care care of their guest brilliant way

Food and service staff were decent but rooms were not well maintained also an odd smells comes continuously. Hotel owner seems to be rude when i booked through make my trip.

we have booked standard annex room , first hotel manager quite elderly person offered us standard annex room which was too small after complaining we have been other room in same category but spacious and as shown in pics of hotel which was bit disappointing in starting. Rest their other staff is good and co operative. Food and hotel location good near from airport.

Initially we felt that it's not upto our expectations, but trust me it was great stay that helped our situation, im happy to review in detail. Location - near to airport & 5-6km from us consulate food - free breakfast was good with multiple options amenities & ambiance - coffee maker/fridge/tv/ac/oncall-doctor facility, you might feel rooms are small & not spacious, no odour in the rooms, bathrooms/bed were clean. Service - staff was very helpfull, my kid was sick & one of staff took us to nearby clinic as on-call doctor couldn't come. I could have noted down names of each staff who helped us during the stay, so i would have mentioned those names in my review, but anyways i would like to thank galaxy staff with my review.
