Beacon Hotel - Nirman Vihar, New Delhi

The AC was not working, we had to change the room thrice. Cleanliness was a big concern,no proper toiletries. The staff was not professional and trained enough.

The bed, pillow cover, carpet and curtains were dirty. The chair inside the room was full of dust. Rooms were horribly small and there was no special services for additional amount paid for superior room. The staff member were good and helpful! Bed, pillow cover, curtains, carpets were dirty and was not in usable condition. Room was very small and there was no benefit of paying additional amount for upgrading to superior room. The chair in the room was full of dust. The bathroom taps were not working properly, had to ask for basic towel. Overall very bad experience and wastage of money!

There’s a typical smell in the hotel rooms .....And the room size is too small versus the amount being paid Approx Rs 3000

Stay was good, rooms were clean, hotel was maintained well. It's at walkable distance to Nirman Vihar metro. For fitness-cult is at walkable distance and many other gyms nearby Hotel can improve the reception experience, presence of AC would enhance the guest welcome experience even more.

stay was good and comforfable, rooms are clean and tidy and no smell or untidiness at all,great in short

Overall it was good. However, improvement required with maintenance of electronics like ac, geyser. Food was okay , room size too small.

Parking space are not available and also waiting period is to long for all costumers need to upgrade it , Barthroom gate also not working properly door lock is damaged need to replace and air conditioning is not good Work on it please…

The location is good . Food is also decent . Services little slow but not bad. Rooms are clean . Overall worth staying there .

While booking its showing with breakfast and money also charge but invoice generated without breakfast with higher charge.

This hotel is all about making money I haven’t seen any hotels in my life who doesn’t allow visitor for 2 hours On top of that they asked if we want visitor in there hotel room Pathetic staff Ordered hand towel and Dental kit Never came

Unprofessional staffs , stingy food and the whole building is stinking. They charge a lot for very normal food . Not worthy.
