I had a solo stay for 2 nights and found Adiva Residency suitable for any purpose stay. Very close to Mumbai Central Station and other transport hubs, the location is perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good food and options for the breakfast available.

we came from Chennai, and had an amazing experience there, the area seems a bit shady, but we felt nothing bad, room service is outstanding, would like to highlight the service of mamtaz would recommend him an salary increment and felt a bit delay while ordering food from room , and food and service in restaurant is quite good, altogether a good stay in that area , especially if your coming from south for your exam in the nearby goverment medical college (well that's what we came for )
