Hotel Sapna

The rooms are very small and the bathroom tap is broken and also the bathtub is broken,he provided breakfast but the spoon was not provided I ordered a bisleri bottle but I feel like tap water, thanks regards.

smelly rooms , insects are crawling on bed, ac is not working in most rooms.we saw near bput 5 to 6 rooms n then we can able to decide 1 room for stay . one room has broken celling,broken kamod 😵‍💫. very disappointment dis time. no future plans to stay , of you really think to give discount, give cash back in bank account

Hotel was in good location. They have kept the same clean as well. However, being 3 star hotel, i would suggest them to keep basic things like say 2 water bottle, toothpaste within the stay package which is industry practice or at-least keep some stock of the same so that it can be provided as soon it is asked for. Overall experience was good only.

At the time of booking we new about dinning, later when we reached it was not there. Initially room was not good, later we shifted to another one.

The bathrooms are very small, complimentary breakfast was never given. No proper info about the property. Not at all recommended to book.

Horrible experience. I was not allotted the deluxe room which i booked. The hotel allotted me higher grade room and charged 1500 extra. This should have been done at no extra cost if the booked room was not available. For bed sheets were stained and ac also old window ac. The room was booked with breakfast but the options were very limited. They told you can choose only 2 items for 2 persons out of 4. Not worth staying for the money you pay.

Location of hotel is very easy to find room was small but neat and clean cold and hot water was available

The stay at sapna hotel was not that good. The hotel doesn't feel to be safe. The reception guy verbally asks the purpose of visit with suspicion, which otherwise can be written by the customer in their register. The acs in the room cannot be regulated for changing the mode or temperature. The bathroom has broken windows without any exhaust. This is okay for a solo trip for men if they want to stay in town, but definitely not good for ladies. Images of broken bathroom window, broken bathroom door, broken furniture and type of toilet paper provided. Awaiting discount.

Small room but great cleanliness great venue nearest for all popular places value for money stay

Hi guys- this is my second visit stay at this hotel. I am coming from delhi. Trust me this is best hotel for a family with kids. The outside locality is safe. One can come blindly to stay here.

No restaurant yet they provide room service which means they’ll bring swiggy upto the room which they did at 1am while I was sleeping and didn’t order anything The pillows and blankets smelled.Worst experience

Good property in south mumbai. Near to happening places and temples. Staff is good. Room size are small. But we'll maintained. No in house dining but tie up with nearby hotels

Good neat and clean property near to ISKON and babulnath temple.Rooms are small but neat and clean.near to sea beach.staff is good.in one floor renovation is going on.a bit negative.but overall a good property to stay.little overpriced.
