location is great but very average when compared to similar priced properties. no buffet breakfast.

Stayed here for an Official Visit. Location is Prime but the Hotel as well as Rook Interiors, Amenities, Furniture, etc are not upto the mark! Deluxe Room felt spacious, but at the same time, the interiors made me feel like it is a Lodge! Rather I would Say the Adjacent Property, Hotel Sea Green has much better and Well Maintained Interiors!

I stayed here for 2 days , has a excellent view of marine drive. The rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly staff .

My recent stay at the Sea Green South Hotel was absolutely fantastic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and location. Being right on Marine Drive means waking up to the spectacular "Queen's Necklace" view—it was truly the highlight of my trip. The staff deserves special mention; they were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The rooms themselves were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet given the central location, providing a very comfortable and restful sleep. For anyone looking for a hotel that gives you prime access to South Mumbai's sights and a view that you simply cannot put a price on, this is the place to book. It offers tremendous value for money. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. One important detail to note regarding meals is that the hotel only offers breakfast. This was great, and the morning spread was varied and satisfying. However, for guests staying long-term or those who prefer eating in, you should plan accordingly. We found a highly convenient solution: lunch and dinner can easily be ordered via popular delivery apps like Zomato or Swiggy. The area has plenty of great restaurants that deliver right to the door, making the lack of an on-site restaurant for dinner a non-issue.

room was not maintained at all toilets rooms wall all are dirty and it is very old construction and not maintained. only plus part is view and apart from that third class guest house experience and all the building looks like 1947 build. even no maintenance were done. I experienced worst hotel experience in my life except views are extra ordinary. much needed renovation for the hotel. the owner is very lucky that he got so beautiful land but he failed to maintained it. even all the stafs are very happy that they are getting handsome salary and other perks too but for costumers part they are not getting value for money. very sad . food was also not satisfactory as par the price

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Very reminiscent of old world charm. Economica and the location is extremely convenient.

stayed there for a day in a necklace suit wonderful view. Property could have been managed better and kept more clean, washrooms specifically.

1. Location was Excellent & that too, my stay was during Diwali & lighting of fireworks happened just in front of the hotel. 2. Breakfast was very limited & that too served in room itself & taste was good. 3. Amenities, as they are maintaining a vintage concept, slightly lower, for what we pay, compared with the other 3 hotels over there ... if we are comfortable with the vintage vibe, nothing to say as complaints.... 4. Service is good & the staffs are very kind in nature ... can give 5 out of 5 for service .... my suggestion for them is to provide some updated furniture in spite of the vintage style .

the rooms gives you an ambience of old school era, very spacious and staff is also courteous. They have I think one of biggest rooms

Elevator not working and stair case is slippery. Drinking water not given along with breakfast. We have to buy separately
