this is not a typical hotel. it's the whole 3rd floor of a apartment block with one br apartments turned into hotel rooms. breakfast is brought to your room..right on marine drive with good walking track along beach. walking distance to Churchgate station.

Location is the main key. Just adjacent to Wankhede stadium gate and opposite to marine drive road. Well maintained room with all amenities except toothbrush kit or a comb. Rest all good. Complimentary breakfast is good too. Overall comfortable stay in the most prime location of marine drive.

Great Location, Good Amenities, and Helpful Staff – A Pleasant Stay Overall

The location of the property is excellent—within walking distance to Marine Drive and close to several popular attractions such as the Gateway of India, Fashion Street, Colaba Causeway, and CST. Cabs are easily accessible in the area. The hotel amenities are good. The bathroom and beds were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was satisfying. One great convenience is that food deliveries from Zomato and Swiggy are allowed right up to your doorstep. Special thanks to the security staff and helpers—they were very kind and supportive, especially with luggage assistance. What could be improved: There are a couple of private security guards stationed near the entrance, possibly for neighboring properties, which felt a bit intrusive. Ongoing renovation work in the building might be a disturbance for some guests. Room space is average—not very spacious. As I always say, the reception should be more welcoming. Overall: A very good hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect, the staff, the ambience, the breakfast was OK, the service was good. we did not have staff running behind us for tips, the only drawback was they do not provide parking, otherwise if you going there without your car, it the perfect place to be, another plus point is it's location..
