The Hotel staff were polite and provided good guidance to Vaishno pilgrims. The The Fern Residency Katra was clean, the food reasonable and the location convenient from both Banganga and Tarakote routes to Bhawan. Complementary drop to Banganga was provided. Enjoyable for short stays.

This is one of the best properties i have stayed in katra ever. The food was good, location is neaby the vaishnodevi trek. There is a shop near it that is open till late. The room was neat and well mentained.

Have booked family room and it had one double bunk bed and one queen bed. It was a spacious stay. Hotel service and staff were courteous.
