Regarding food and room service charges, we try to price our services competitively with other comparable hotels in our area. It is unfortunate that you found these prices high. We do need to cover the cost of providing these services, but we will definitely look into the feasibility of adjusting the pricing. About the soft drink charges and GST, we follow government regulations and therefore taxes are automatically applied. However, we can understand that these charges can add up and inflate the bill. We are currently working on a variety of packages that might encompass everything at affordable pricing.
