It was not a good experience. The rooms were not tidy and rodents were present all around the room.

No cleanliness when enter in room cockroach were on bed pillows were smelling bad Not even there was coffee sachets and cutlery Dressing table was not cleaned Will never plan to stay again

Very small restrooms, Some cockroachs here and there in the room Bad quality toothpaste and brush Breakfast is just ok

Very Bad Service Room Bad sheet is not wished and towel is dirty

Rooms are decent.. Basic amenities in place. breakfast could have been better. dining hall for breakfast could be better. rest a good place to stay with property on main road and easily accessible.. good supportive team.

No locational advantage as chembur railway station is far away. Airport also far away. *No restaurant for the hotel so no room service.* But many restaurants are nearby. Very compact room, no space to move around bed, still kept reasonably clean. Reception, lobby are congested, hardly 4 people can stand. Tariff appears on much higherside for the hotel size.

Rooms are very small. Breakfast was not good..3500 rupees room is not value for money. Lift maintenance was pending.

Very good hotels and cleaning and service !!! As per my experience it’s better place to stay in Mumbai this area you can catch buses from this location like Pune , Goa etc ... also you can morning walk just behind the Diamond park ...

place is nice. main location near to sushrut hospital besides diamond garden place and staff is nice

it was a good stay good for working professional only issue is breakfast is served which is made once so it gets cold and you can not properly enjoy it bug food is good they hold start food 24hrs service at hotel it self

The property was at the best location in Chembur. There are many food outlets near the hotel, you have naturals ice cream as soon as you exit the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, and spacious room with ample ventilation. Good for all families and couples. Best service provided by the hotel staff and all are very helpful and polite. I will always book the same hotel for the best experience.

very poor compare to rates they charged. Rooms not up to the standard. Staff not at all cooperative. No Facility at all, even unable to connect wifi and staff not even bother to solve the problem.

There were cockroaches all around and they had kept expired milk powder sachets. The towels were not clean. Stains were fairly visible on the bedsheet and blanket.

1. Room had cockroaches 2. Breakfast was stale 3. Receptionist didn’t even look at me while checking in, though I asked few clarifications. 4. On the good part, housekeeping was done everyday of my stay.

Good stay and experience and hospitality, need to improve a bit about morning breakfast option variety
