Polite staff, rooms are clean. Affordable stay. Multiple food options available, everything delivered to room with a phone call.

Very big spacious rooms. Staff workers are really cooperative & helpfull. Location is best for exploring chembur & kurla

Not worthy for the money. There were no brush toothpaste in the room. Toilets were not clean. May not be opting next time.

Very bad condition of room and hotel, dilapidated building, stinky cockroaches in room, misleading pictures photos hoped. Very bad. Not fit for stay.

The location is correct. But there is no provision of drinking water & even hand wash in the room. After speaking for drinking, the hotel provided the used water bottle.

1st hotel is exilent and 2nd hotel is good

Room service was ok but stay cost was higher even when amenities like lift was not available. Food was good.

Good to stay as an individual, with friends. Even first water bottle is chargable. Ambiance is little dingy, compact. There is no nearby restaurants. They do have internal restaursnt but i have not experienced.

The room is really spacious, the bed is quite large and there is ample space for luggage. The cleanliness was also good but beware the bathroom is so small that it's difficult to stand for even a single person! i really wish they had thought about it earlier but it's a total compromise if you have to stay there. The lobby wasn't clean and despite having told them for an early check in we were allotted the room only after waiting for about 2 hours. The room service was pretty good.

I and my husband has planned last minute trip to mumbai and booked this hotel for two days. But we checked out within 12 hours and just stayed for a night. The room is exactly opposite of what’s shown in pictures. They are charging high prices for bare minimum services. The room is untidy. I ordered tea and bread butter, the cutlery was dirty. It had stains. The staff was very very rude and ill mannered. Please don’t book this hotel.

Hotel is located on road with easy access to public transportation. Hotel doesnt have its own kitchen but if any orders food, they purchase it and deliver it to your room. Overall food quality was also good. Staff is friendly and cooperative.
