It's not a hotel, better call it a lodge at best. Starting with the receptionist he gave a very cold vibe. As a couple we were alloted a really really small room. When asked for a replacement he simply denied. Moreover they don't allow visitors to get into your room citing some stupid reasons. The bed wasn't that comfortable, there were cockroaches, the commode lid was broken, there were stains on walls, the blanket and bedsheet were not cleaned properly. I could hear sound coming from other rooms making it difficult to sleep even at night. The only good things are the security, location and late night entry. Not even a single time I felt unsafe. The staffs are helpful and cordial. There is a functional tv and the ac, geyser work well however the geyser is very small in capacity so I had to use it multiple times. In a nutshell, if you're a solo traveller you can consider staying here for a short period of time. I've seen a lot of couples checking in into the property including me so it feels very couple friendly but avoid if you can squander some more money. Never ever dare to book this if you're with family.

The room was in very poor condition with no ventilation and cockroaches all around. Not at all like the photo that you put in MMT.

The experience was average really. Pros were tidy rooms and a good vibrant market just outside. Cons were that the hosts weren’t very hospitable and i usually got very apathetic vibes from them. My room was changed after one day, in the second one the shower wasn’t working while the flush was leaking in both of them. The cleaning staff didn’t come once in my 5 day stay there. The hotel is apparently a couples hotel (which wasn’t explicitly mentioned on the mmt website) so single occupants won’t feel very welcomed. They also didn’t allow my friend to come in for a few mins before we went off to work. And arbitrarily said rs 500 will be charged for a visitor entry.

Average hotel, good for short stays. Friendly staff. A little overpriced. Didn't try the food but a lot of food options in nearby area.

The rooms were small and without ventilation. There was no window in any of the rooms. The mattress on the bed was extremely squeaky and loud and was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Food: the food served at sai plaza was another letdown. The variety on the menu was limited, and the quality of the dishes was mediocre at best. Breakfast options were particularly disappointing, with stale bread and overcooked items. Room service was slow, and the food often arrived cold. Amenities: the amenities at sai plaza are quite basic and not well-maintained. The rooms were small and not very clean, with outdated furnishings. The air conditioning system was noisy and ineffective, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The wi-fi connection was unreliable and slow, which was frustrating. Services: service at sai plaza was poor and unprofessional. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked basic hospitality skills. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and requests for extra towels or toiletries were often ignored or delayed. The front desk staff were not very helpful, and checking in and out was a cumbersome process. Overall, my experience at sai plaza in chembur was far from satisfactory. The property needs significant improvements in various areas to provide a comfortable stay for guests. I would not recommend this hotel and would advise looking for better options in the area.

Hotel was tidy. But the staff was rude. Nowhere was written that visitors can't come but my staff was refused to come to my room for a meeting. I asked for the wifi password 3 times, and no one gave it to me. I do not recommend this hotel for business or pleasure

I reached at 2 am in the night. Great thing was that the hotel reception was open, active and very receptive. However, the quality of rooms are not that great.

Booked hotel when went there at night around 12 lethogically saying rooms not available. When asked about the booking they were like ask the partner whom you booked not our problem. If you want room wait till 2am. What service is this? is that even a hotel or something else?

Clearly in the low cost category. But well kept. Street is ordinary. No window in room. But well maintained interiors. Reasonable service.
