Dear Guest, Your review does not reflect the actual situation of your stay. You were provided a good and comfortable room, and within one hour of check-in you decided to leave, stating that you had received an urgent call regarding a personal matter at home. When we asked if there was any issue with the room and even offered to change it, you clearly said there was no problem with the property and that your reason for leaving was entirely personal. It is therefore unfair to post a review claiming otherwise, as this gives a false impression. Our other guests regularly share positive and genuine feedback about their comfortable stay and services with us. We respect honest opinions, but misleading reviews are not acceptable. We kindly request you to maintain fairness so that future guests can make decisions based on true experiences.

We are sorry to read your comments. At the time of your stay, you were first given the room type you had originally booked. On your request, we upgraded you the very next day to a better room at a lower rate, and also ensured you received improved service. You had assured us that you would share your positive experience after the upgrade, but unfortunately that has not been reflected here. We always try our best to support guests beyond their booking category, but it is also important that genuine experiences are shared fairly so that other travelers get the correct picture of our property.

Dear Guest, We would like to clarify that you did not actually stay at our property. Your booking was made for an Executive Room for 2 adults and 2 children, whereas for such requirements our Family Triple Bed Room would have been more suitable. This booking was made through a third-party agent, and when you arrived, instead of discussing politely, you raised your voice and disturbed other in-house guests. Since you never stayed with us, it is unfair to post a review calling our hotel "worst" without experiencing our rooms and services. We always aim to provide a comfortable stay to our guests, and we request genuine feedback only from those who have actually stayed with us

You had booked a Deluxe Room, and the same was provided as per your reservation. The room size and pictures are already mentioned on the booking portal. Additionally, before your check-in, we even showed you three different rooms and you personally chose the one you stayed in. We regret to hear that our room service and complimentary breakfast did not meet your expectations, and we will certainly work on improving them.
