Room was good big enough in Mumbai compare the other similar hotels. Location is suitable for business trips Reception staff was very polite and helpful They have given me breakfast early morning before their scheduled timing

Excellent stay at Rajhans....outstanding staff very friendly and helpful indeed. This place is a little gem in chembur. Probably the best hotel stay in Mumbai in this budget.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast served in the morning was really good. The rooms were clean, it's just that they had a damp smell, which I guess was because of the monsoons. Still will totally recommend it to people traveling to Mumbai.

The stay at RAJHANS was comfortable, food was good,however there were discrepancies a) wash tub was leaking stayed for 6 nights not rectified.b) I was senior citizens with an operated knee gave accommodation third floor, no lift. Requested to change did not do.

Staff of hotel rajhans are very obedient. Cleaning of room was daily done. Arrangement of breakfast is very very good. They cook very tasty. The hotel is situated in market where goods are easily available. Communication from hotel is also round the clock. I would like to stay here whenever required.

Location wise no issue, food is average, not very happy with behaviour. There was no lift facility in hotel

No hot water, room key stuck up in main switch, driver has no toilet & bathroom, even not allowed in our room.

Its value for money, clean room, clean toilet, not many unwanted stuffs which are generally not used by many. Only drawback is this hotel doesn't have a lift.

Old property. Untidy rooms. Wooden plastering over badly built rooms. Morning complementary breakfast was not up to the mark. Very few options, quality of food is average. Old ac, badly placed facing the pillow makes sleeping uncomfortable.

Stay was good. Food was also very delicious. Staff was very courteous. The hotel is in a very lively location. Overall enjoyed the stay

Hospitality excellent, very friendly, no extra conversation to the point work, indeed best for people looking fr hotels close to al amenities as it is surrounded wit everything frm food to clothing to shopping etc

Decent stay with good food and clean room. Stayed in single room. Well connected to railway station and market. Would recommend for travellers however price is too high for the kind of room. Would prefer it in future if prices are more affordable less than 4k

I had a bad stay at the hotel. In terma of cost the hotel is not worth it. It lacks basic facilities in the room. Plus there is no lift in the hotel and the hotel was very different from the pictures shown

March 2024 : i had a decent stay for 4 days, staff was kind and attentive, food was good, rooms where ok in size, pretty old building but maintained decently, bathroom are very basic. To me the room cost pd looked high compared to the other cities. Expect less for the price you pay. And finally one of the best thing is chembur railway station is just opposite.

I stayed in room no 202. Though i booked a room with single king / queen sized bed but i got a room with twin bed. Room had a stinky smell of moisture and dampness. Washbasin in bathroom is broken. They have spring mattresses but they have sagging issue due to which it is creating discomfort

Hotel does not have lift - senior citizens beware, beds are very springy, room maintenance is good.

Neat and clean hotel… should have more options in breakfast… hotel is very near to the market and station..
