The service provided by the cleaning staff was excellent and worth a pat on the back. They were quite thorough in their services provided. They ensured timely service provided to the customer. The location of The Royal Orchid was good, close to the Chembur railway station. The ROOMS were very good, neat and clean. Had only breakfast was limited. Check in / Check out was smooth. There were many eating options in the vicinity of the The Royal Orchid

The breakfast would have been better. They could have fresh coffee versus package coffee people make by themselves. Choices were also extremely limited. Other than that, the rooms were very good and clean. Location is good. Hotel is well maintained and clean

All Reception Members morning and evening they are very very decent and very friendly and helping very very gentle From room any phon call responses were very prompt Food in room service also very good Room was meet and clean well maintained
