Property location is good. It is very nearby to Chembur Station..hardly 3-4 minutes walk..It is in main market. Breakfast was good and we had dinner there which is also good. In house restaurant offers good options of veg and non veg foods. Amenities good but bathroom is of smaller size compared to rooms. All toiletries provided including towels which are clean. Overall hotel is very clean and hygiene maintained at all levels. Services are good and staff is very polite.

Average stay, rooms spacious, very old manual AC thermostat, beds not comfortable at all, price is too high for location, one staff Zhuben was too rude during the banquet hall which was not acceptable at all. Better travel little more and stay in better place.

Name royal orchid itself is big cheat. Old-age building, lousy room, broken cots, tables. Unusable commode. Worst housekeeping service. Food choice very limited except pappaya,bannana rest is worst. No intercom, no power backup. Totally @ makemytrip pls do not recommend this hotel

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a decent experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, though not extraordinary. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The washroom was spotless, very clean, and hygienic, which I really appreciated.The location is excellent, with great accessibility and connectivity to all parts of Mumbai — definitely the strongest point of this property.On the downside, there is no gym or swimming pool, and the outside view isn’t appealing. The food quality was good (I’d rate it 7/10), but nothing exceptional. Verdict: A good choice if you want comfort, cleanliness, and great connectivity in Mumbai, but don’t expect luxury amenities or scenic views.

Very unprofessional and arrogant rude in talking and over all non helpful to guests. I am 73 years and sr ortho surgeon and night of 6/8 at 10.45 pm I am asking for help he reportedly insisted that I will later on my wife also requested him but was very stubborn to her . Before that When I asked receptionist I want to talk you manager she me he does not pick phone in night I was surprised how a manager with so much room excellent franchise is so irresponsible and arrogant I am a hotelar having nine 3-4 star hotel in USA my son look after them but whenever such problems comes he responds very friendly

OUR STAY WAS COMFORTABLE . BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS EXCELLENT AND TASTY.STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

All Reception Members morning and evening they are very very decent and very friendly and helping very very gentle From room any phon call responses were very prompt Food in room service also very good Room was meet and clean well maintained

Feedback on Hotel Stay: The hotel does not allow two-wheeler parking in their basement, despite having ample space available. During my stay, I experienced repeated disturbances due to someone knocking on my door multiple times. I had to call the reception to report this issue. The behavior of some hotel staff members was quite rude and unprofessional. Considering the quality of service and property standards, the room rates are unreasonably high.

The location of hotel was good, close to the Chembur railway station. The ROOMS were very good, neat and clean. Had only breakfast was limited. Check in / Check out was smooth. There were many eating options in the vicinity of the hotel
