Staff behaviour is very good, great good and very clean. Its quite well connected to south mumbai

The hotel was located in a perfect tourist place. Rooms were neat and clean. Reception guys were polite. Breakfast was also good as they gave lot of options

The rooms are a little small but efficient. The staff is amazing and very helpful, and breakfast was top notch. Location is close to most of the good tourist spots, cafes and train station.

Cosy clean hotel at a nice location. Humble staff. Value for money. Will stay again.

The hotel was really good - we had a comfortable stay. Food was decent and the staff was kind and helpful. Would visit again. Connectivity is good since the local station is walkable.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location and was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

The hotel has an amazing deluxe room. Their complimentary food is tasty and the staff is alo sweet and amazing. Their rooms are clean. Only their standard room is too small for couples and basically toiletries are missing.

Staffs were helpful and service was good.But room size was very small at this price.I would suggest look for other options as well.

The heritage property is very nostalgic and full of surprises. Excellent location highly renowned and accessible from all corners. Breakfast with limited foods includes varieties and suits your taste buds in all corners - south, north, continental and maharashtrian, very courteous staffs and cook, responsible for guest hospitality, excellent corridors, tiny rooms are near, clean and hygienic. Very impressive friendly services at budget friendly prices. I would love to stay once again during next visit. All amenities, transports, bar, restaurant, near by markets all are in walking distance.

The property is in good location, good hygiene well behaved staffs. The rent could have been a little low. Overall everything was good.

Me and my parents were travelling to Mumbai on a medical trip to Tata memorial and I had informed the reception about it. They were soo gracious to upgrade our room and cater to all our requirements. Complimentary breakfast menu had all kind of options. Best part about the place was the meticulous cleanliness and upkeep. Would love to visit again

It was good experience with this property as far as accommodation is concerns. Nice hospitality was enjoyed by me. Staff was well behaved towards its guests. Despite of non availability of restaurant, there was a kitchen to fulfill the obligations of complimentary commitments.

The location was good but the staff's behaviour was very bad. I really don't know why others have given such a good rating to this. First of all a hotel is more like a Hostel. The staff was very rude and the room was not good at all. It was a very old property with no proper maintenance.

the hotel is too small that you'll doubt your existence. it's in a lobby the reception guy standing on your head 24*7 too small that you can't even breath no ventilation no access to Market you don't get cab or anything from here don't book unless very necessary

Room: The room was very neat and clean, including the washroom. It doesn’t feel like an old property. However, the room is not very spacious. A larger cloth hanger in the washroom would have been very useful. Breakfast: Breakfast is good and tasty .it is not served buffet-style. The menu had limited options, and the quantity served was also limited. Staff Behaviour: The staff were professional and attentive throughout the stay. Location & Accessibility: The hotel is located near the port area, not far from South Mumbai. It’s a convenient choice for tourists, as major attractions like the Gateway of India, Taj Hotel, CST Station, and Marine Drive are all within 3 km. However, the hotel is situated on the first floor of a building, and the entrance is a bit hard to find. Please note that there is no lift, so you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. Important Note for Couples: Couples are required to present proof of marriage at check-in.

Very Good, cleaned , breakfast was nice. They had given 3 small bisleri water bottle which is even not enough for one person, no tooth brush kit given, with everyone ID they did not allow to enter the room.
