Area is not good. Room is very small. I ordered cutlery’s and they gave us unwashed/used ones and they gave us room at 1pm even though the checkin was at 11am. We bought two water bottles that costs 40 and as we did not had the change so we gave 100 but they did not gave our money back at checkout . Washrooms are unclean and very small. Not at all recommended.

Location was ok ok. But the hotel was good. Neat and clean. The food in the shops downstairs is eatable, and is available at reasonable price. Autos and cabs are available easily.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel was unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the service and cleanliness were far below what was advertised. Check-in was slow and disorganized. The staff seemed indifferent, barely making eye contact or offering basic information about the hotel or amenities. When I finally got to my room, I was shocked — the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, there were stains on the sheets, and the bathroom smelled musty and unclean. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests. The advertised “free Wi-Fi” barely worked, and when I asked for help at the front desk, I was brushed off. Room service was also a joke — overpriced and arrived cold. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin. I could hear everything from the hallway and the room next door, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, I felt like I wasted my money. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that provided a better experience than this. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room is too small with breakfast included just for the name sake. Almost all the food items for breakfast are served after 9:30AM. We are here for a corporate stay and serving breakfast at 9:30AM makes almost no sense to us. They serve breakfast on paper plates, which can be called unprofessional when someone is paying for it. Serving cold food adds to the disaster. I have politely given 3 or Average otherwise they don't deserve more than 2 by any standards.

Regarding the plates, disposable serving is used purely for hygiene and safety reasons, not as a cost-cutting measure. Many of our corporate guests appreciate this practice. As for the room size, it is accurately described and shown in all listings before booking. We make sure guests are well informed about the amenities and space provided. Nice place to stay. Very near by to kurla station East which is just 2 minutes away. There's good veg eateries in and around property. It's maintened very neat and clean. Staff are good and polite. Sure a good stay.

Dirty bedsheet, no cleaning done. Booked executive room, but wasn't available for the two days stay I had, not sire then why I was allowed to book an executive room when it wasn't available. Bathroom was too cramped. Mt experience of going by MMT pics and review has been poor from the last couple of times.
