very good and pleasant location. atmosphere and neatness was good. good for family members also.

disgusting to say the least. The person at the reception misbehaved. The picture of the entrance and other part of the hotel is misleading. mmt is still not refunding my amount.

Overall experience was good but it was difficult to find the entrance of hotel as they dint mention anywhere about the entrance we had to ask in neighboring store where is the entrance

Person who is welcoming language & way of talking is not good

When i called the property on the day of check in, they mentioned rooms are not there. Go and find room some where else. Why does mm t does business with such people? i need my money reimbursed.

There is no lift at the property and is at 3rd floor

Low than average property... in great & iconic location very near to The Taj Mahal Palace, Gateway of India & Leopold cafe..

Worst hotel, no amenities, staff charged extra for anything. Its near by from my location but difficult to find

We had a booking of 4 people but hotel denied availability of same and said that you can cancel.

The property is old enough, even the demolition notification tags at the walls still they are running, also some sort of pungent smell remains there although the staff is good and polite but after all it's not a fair deal. For the same amount one can take a decent hotel in the neighborhood areas i think.

The room was beyond my expectations and i booked a room for 4 and everything is in walking distance from there

1) i haven't received any discount in cab. He had taken full payment 2) hotel sea view are very small room. Water supply in bathroom are very slow. There are no lift due which climb with luggage on very difficult for 53 year old person. No place inside room for tea table or dinning table. 3) no ventilation in the room or in bathroom. No any window or exhaust fan in the bathroom.

It is good hotel in well connected place. But don’t have elevator to go up. From outside it looks dilapidated building. Thank you

Language of the front desk is very arrogant that don't want clients i think they close the main door by 12 midnight very poor communication so request you to remove that hotel from make my trip thanks !

Good location nearby gateway of india. Hotel room is small and in an old building. It’s a safety issue

It's okay 2nd floor in a old con-jested building with no lift. Even though room service, room and cleanliness is fine, if you are thinking of amenities like space, complimentary services it's not a place to be in. Location is excellent with half a minute walk to gateway. Taxi and market service is very close.

Location was very beautiful and it's also at the middle of the city. Nearest to the hotel taj and gate way of india

Hotel is located in a old building second floor with no ventilation and there is no lift. Rooms are very con-just. Only good thing is the hotel location

Took 520 for a breakfast from a roadside vendor which would be max 200. Very small rooms with no water from taps. Geysers where hardly a mug of water would hardly heat. And and the most important thing, don't be fooled by the name sea view. Nothing as such. It's a haunted building with no lifts.
