Hotel check in was smooth process,the welcome gesture by staff was well organised,room setup was beautiful and service was too good , complimentary breakfast was worth remembering.Quick response and supporting staff over here.

Poor room condition. AC, furniture and other items are in very bad condition.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it does not deserve a 3-star rating at all. The overall hotel experience was far below average. Room service was poor, basic amenities were missing, and staff was not attentive. The restaurant was disappointing — food quality and cleanliness both need serious improvement. The property lacks the standards and professionalism expected from a 3-star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting comfort or good service. Needs major improvement in all areas.

The only good thing about this hotel is location. The furniture is old. there are wear tear on the wall paint. The staff is bite rude. The service is ok. There is no parking , I parked my car right in front of hotel , but still you have to pay for parking charges to local vendor. The hotel should have allocated parking spot.

AC not at all working properly and room service was pathetic. AC at the restaurant was also not working and no staff was responding regarding AC properly. But overall rooms were properly clean.

The location is great, in the heart of Colaba. The room is also well done, but services are a little slow. Unless you ask for room service, nobody came to my room for 4 days. The breakfast is also not too great but one can make do. However, they charge for drinking water, which does not make sense if you are paying 5.5k per room. On my second last day, I noticed the bed had bedbugs in it. Did not expect that from a place which charges so much. Don't have too high expectations. It is slightly expensive for the amenities. Works only for the location. maximum price should be like 3.5-4k

My stay was pathetic in this hotel. Room’s ping was not working. AC remote was not working. The room had a damp because of which it was smelling. In my 2 day stay there was no housekeeping who cleaned my room. The hotel had poor hygiene.. highly disappointed

Rooms are smaller in comparison to my previous stay. Room sizes vary based on floor, and my room has lots of open cracks in the wall. Thus, this time experience was bit on lower side.

The room was small but neat and clean. The breakfast options were good but not fancy. The overall good experience, though room requires some maintenance or renovation.

If planning to roam around location of hotel is really good. Other than that rooms are average at best. Ac does not work properly, no latch in bathroom doors. Food at the restaurant is also not great. One positive thing is staff was really courteous and helpful

This is Really nice Property, just 200m frm Gateway of India, in Colaba! Breakfast was also really delicious with variety! All other service was excellent! Only back drop is Parking, you need to pay outside to park(600₹ for a Day).

Hotel lobby and reception is good. They provide unnecessary non smoking room. Room furniture’s and ac is a bit old

The location of the hotel is very good; the hotel is clean and staff was polite too. We also enjoyed delicious breakfast served at the hotel. However for the price we paid for the stay the room size was smaller than we expected and the road in front of the hotel is always crowded and it is little bit bothersome at night.
