Do not forget to take room mirror with you, if you want to stay in their room. The room size was 8x13 feet. Like a small cheap guest house and that for 5500/- a night . One has a feeling of being cheated and when you go for breakfast, you shall want to bang your head against wall. Be prepared to have only slice and tea in breakfast.

I called the room service and asked for 2 cups of tea and 1 glass of milk (for my daughter). The guy from the other side said that if I order at room then it will be chargeable, but If I come down for buffet then I can have these items for free as buffet was complimentary in my package. I still asked him to send the milk and tea to my room as me and my wife are habitual of bed tea and my daughter just woke up so milk was required, I was okay with paying for it. We didn't want to go for the buffet breakfast without getting properly ready. The guy from room service said "DON'T YOU GET IT ?? YOU CAN HAVE IT AT THE BUFFET. ". The guy seemed to be too much bothered with saving me some money. Or was it a way to politely say no to room service as if they are doing some favor by providing buffet breakfast. On the other hand, I was on holiday so wanted to relax in my room with my tea. The hotel staff must value customer preference. If you can do it, then do it. If you cannot do it, then politely say no with an honest reason. This stupid behavior of one staff member spoiled my impression about all other staff members who probably were more professional and polite.

Great location and very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and overall good experience. Rooms facilities could be improved as per today's international standards; like bathroom fittings, TV, AC etc. I stayed for two nights with my wife and overall enjoyed the stay. Roof top restaurant is very good, nice view and food, though slightly expensive.

Great location, superb rooftop bar. Rooms not that great though. The staff is very well behaved and professional. Getting transport from here is not a problem. Great bars, touristy places everything close by. Colaba main market is a stone throw away.
The Deluxe sea view rooms are very good. Location of this hotel is quite good - overlooking the Arabian sea and walkable to most places like The Gateway of India, causeway etc. They have a good rooftop restaurant which gives the best sea view. The rooms are neat and clean with good air conditioning and hot water facility. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free wi fi and complimentary breakfast. Overall a nice stay.

I stay here for three days. I like this hotel and it's service. I never thought Mumbai can be so beautiful and felt as if I was in Paris. It was very romantic trip for me. The view of the beach was just fantastic. Awesome place to hang out with friends and closed ones as well as on the top floor is the cafe marine which is special in it's appearance. So this all make this hotel superb.

If you want to stay at one of the most prime locations in Mumbai and want a view as you would see from Taj Palace at a 1/10th price, look no further than hotel sea palace. Located at Colaba, on the same stretch as Taj, you won't find better located hotels in Mumbai. You wake up to the sound of sea and you sleep to the sound of sea. With Gateway of India right across, this serves as a perfect destination for those who want the best of both worlds - view as well as location. As far as property is concerned, its a decent stand alone hotel.
The rooms and washrooms are clean and well maintained and good for those for whom the purpose to stay there is just to sleep after a hard day's work in the city. The roof top restaurant, Marina, is the highlight of this hotel, which serves good food and liquor and plays wonderful music. With sea breeze hitting your face gently, it serves as a perfect setting to view the shores and the amazing coastline of Mumbai under the night sky.
