The reception staff was very good! very helpful! only drawback is no lift and u hv to climb 3 floors. Make sure u call them to carry your luggage up !

I’ve done my booking for 30th oct which was confirmed for night and in hotel we did not get the booking for the same i have to book again offline i wasted my doing booking which was not worth at the end

1)attending person of hotel demanding money even i m paid to mmt. 2)no flush tank of bathroom was working 3) no hot water available for bhat 4) no electric tharmas available in room for hot water. 5) room service not given hot water for drinking at morning.

That was a terrible exepirience

Hotel is very pathetic and rooms are fully of ciggerate smell. It’s not recommended for a family. It’s in 3rd floor and it’s very old. No lift facility.

Hotel aga beg is situated in the best location with amazing accessibility. However, the rooms aren't great and apparently the so called "manager" at the hotel is a prick.

It's mention hotel in the application but it's guest house we have paid more than 3000 but also charged for water. It's waste of money and time. Room was so so small. Bad bad experience

Location is near to gate of india but the hotel is at third floor, place is not safe as a lot of people near the place. People n the hotel are okay and a bit of hospitable.

A nice hotel in budget at a great location at colaba mumbai. Despite there being no lift we still enjoyed our stay. The manager of the hotel mr aadil and his staff were so kind, we feel our stay is like home away home.

The room not even broom-ed once enter i seen chocolate paper the white bath rug in the room brown colour i asked to change they didn't not worth for money which i spent

For the price hotel demanded, the stay was not worth it. That is for 3000+ rupees for a night, stay was terrific. The bed was filled with bug. But the cooperation and service by hotel staff was nice, and that needs go to be congratulated. Staff doesn't understand much english, need to communicate either in hindi or marathi. One another demerit is the stay is in the third floor of a building and is a single floor limited room hotel, with no lift provided in the building to reach the stay. That is one should carry all their baggages and climb three floors to reach the stay. And as i have already mentioned the most highlighted part was the friendliness of the staff which reduces all the other demerits to an extent.

The place is situated at a good neighbour rest all is sad story with the room, toilet and everything.
