Fantastic hotel..24*7 service available regarding any issues..and owner very good person to have conversation with..also lift was there and location was also good..worth for money

Clean rooms, Prime Location, Friendly Staff, i was given early checkin without any prior request. Very Close to Few Tourist Attractions like Gateway of India, Chatrapati Sivaji Maharaj Terminus Station, and others. i will surely recommend this place to other people, also there are few kittens and cats on the ground floor, if you are a cat lover.

Good location and that's all. You get a relatively clean and spacious enough room with a clean toilet.

It is one of the worst experiences ever i made staying in a hotel happy home. They can change the name to hotel worst home. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean and had a bad smell. Tv was not working and there was no wi-fi connectivity. Ultimately, we reached the room in the evening and they told us to vacate the room exactly at 12:00. I asked them as we had just reached the hotel in the evening and we were supposed to vacate in the evening. Their answers were irresponsible and their policy was to vacate at 12:00 pm if the people reached in 5:00 pm or 5:00 am. I strongly recommend that you do not book this hotel. There is no drinking water facility too. I will give only 0 marks to this hotel.

Not a Happy Home, it is the worst home. There is no proper elevator. And the services are not responsive. we just check in at around 2:00 PM and the whole day we were not in the hotel. We just reached at 10:00 PM. and there is no water for drinking too. Finally, the check out time was 12:00 and they were exactly told to leave at 12:00 PM. I feel uncomfortable with their services. I am frustrated with their responses. Don't anybody book their hotel.

Coming to mumbai then good to stay at colaba, happy home is well situated for small family, close to gateway of india market everything u need

The hotel is near colaba market, and from there, the gateway of india is also nearby. Famous hotels like delhi darbar and bademiya are also close. From there, you can easily go to nariman point.

Good for a solo traveler.

It is a nice place to stay with relatively cheaper cost than other hotels in colaba, mumbai. It is located near navy nagar (tifr campus is 10 mins away. The hotel staffs are nice and friendly. The rooms are just fine and comfortable to stay, toilet is clean. There are plenty of restaurant just near the hotel and good tasty food is available at lower price. Transport is easily available, taxis are present just at entrance of the hotel, buses from navy nagar to cs-mt run frequently on the road aside (chiragdin bus stop.

Staff were polite upon arrival. Rooms were spacious but dated. We were given a choice of rooms as the double we booked were 2 single beds which was good of them. Hot water was intermittent but did work. Aircon was good and the room had 2 fans which was great. Had a little balcony too. A variety of buses stop right outside and close to all the main sites. 12pm check out was useful. Overall, it was a good value for money considering it was mumbai.

The rooms were small, but it was fine. Bathrooms were clean too. And the staffs were polite. The thing we loved the most was the location of this hotel. It's located in the main city and is nearby to all the tourist places like gateway, cs-mt station, and colaba causeway

Neat n clean hotel for a peaceful stay in a good locality and though they have no restaurant. The service is too good, with a ever smiling staff, who are ready at call anytime to help you. Had a comfortable stay at the hotel and will prefer it the next time i visit mumbai for sure.
