My experience was ok. The staff was coooerative but it needs more cleanliness regarding room bedsheets and overall .

hotel is okay staff very cooperative and helpfull room was clean area was too conjusted

1.Door lock was not working 2.Insects in the room 3.Didn't clean the room for 2 days 4.Room was not cleaned before check in

vary good hotel and service i have every time go to mumbai, stay in AL MOAZZIN, vary good location

Hotel had denied our reservation we have to wait for 2 hrs even after talking with make my trip the haven’t allowed us

Hotel is nice and it is located nearby Mohammed Ali road. Staff was good and arranged cab for me as well.

It was nice place to stay. The only thing i did not like was there check in and check out time which is 12 pm

Hotel was infested by cockroaches the flooring was literally sticky and slippery after so many request he came with towel which they give to the guest and wiped the floor with the same it was shocking next day same slippery flooring no window for exhaust

Hygiene was very poor, lots of rats were roaming, gutter water was just in front of the hotel, lift was not working

The property location is the best. It's the best for those who would like to experience the taste of mumbai's food. It's close to the wholesale and retail market as well. The connectivity is also good. Masjid station is also at the walking distance. Didn't spend anything on taxi for food or shopping. I liked the place.

Rooms were average but hospitality is good. Location is very good. The amount they charge is more and not worthy

Hotel some floors are under renovation and yet i was given room on the same floor which later i had changed as it was too dusty outside in corridor and i could smell paint hotel location wise it's ok, just 10 mins walk from the masjid station but it's overcrowded cleanness wise it was also ok, ac and hot water geyser were working seamlessly. But i did found couple of cockroaches in room which was bit upsetting. I had paid 3k for a triple bed room which i think is good enough considering its location close to fort area.

Great hotel to stay with family. I had booked triple bed room for family. But the owner was so good that he upgraded to 4 bed room package for the same price. Clean room, well managed staff overall had a great stay

Horrible experience. The building was under construction and they still take the booking. The staff was good but the hotel is extremely bad

The location is good especially if you want something economical near fort/csmt. Stayed at the place for 2 marathons and have not found any issues

Overall good experience. U need to walk for some distance to get cab because of traffic. Scope of improvement: 1. Water leakage from bathroom to room. 2. Loud communication at night at reception causing disturbance.

The hotel is located very close to masjid station and the staff is also very nice amd rooms are also decent in the price point you should visit this hotel. With your family
