It was pathetic, room was not good, not ventilated enough, AC was off , it was On at night but it was ineffective. Had to manage sleeping at reception counter, worst service, washroom was not cleaned.. lots of disturbance Why they can call is as palace .. hugely misleading

I've find this location from make my trip app but my experience is bad the height from the bed to roof is just 2.5feet less than indian railway middle seat no cleaning,small area over beds I suggest find another if you want some rest🙏

I must say it's an epicentre of corona virus where a person can be contracted within seconds, this is the dirtiest place on planet one can ever imagine.
