Excellent will book again soon It is very good and very nice to stay at this hotel. Would like to book again.

One of the worst experiences I've had while using MMT. We checked in early in the morning, and called regarding that, they said they'll let us do early check-in if there's an empty room. After we checked in, the next morning they're asking for 1500 extra for early check-in! 1500! For a few hours.

Very bad experience with this hotel. Rooms are very small & bathrooms are very tiny. I booked it for my old parents & they had hard time staying there so we had to move out next morning to another hotel. Worst part is loud trains noise in rooms. Hotel number provided. Com doesn’t work & when i selected option issues with your hotel is not working as well. They told my parents to give refund for cancellation but there is no credit from hotel. Please don’t waste your money.

The room size is very small, doesn't fit even 1 pax also there is no ventilation and emergency evacuation set up. Over all very congested place with bad odour in the whole area because of poor ventilation. No restaurant, not given a bath towel, and even water. Poor experience

Ac remote was not working, food service so terrible. Hotel doesn't have their own kitchen. Very awkward smell there in room. Outside food bill not provided by hotel.

Room size is very small as expected. The room was not clean. We could find lots of debris under the bed. If you are with a child, please look for alternative.

Room was so small that it was difficult to move around bed to go to washroom or come out of room. It was jail. Never select such hotels. Rather it was a guest house in the name of hotel. Even tea was purchased by attendant from a khokha outside hotel. Its cost should only b 500-700. No space along bed.

We checked in as a couple, the room was clean but it was like 'ye toh shuru hote he khatam hogya bhai' there was no drinking water supply. so, you have to buy each and every time you need it and for a 20Rs bottle they charge 30Rs, the ceiling of the washroom was leaking, the smart TV was connected to Wi-Fi but the bandwidth was not good so whatever videos you are streaming it will buffer. The panel of the commode was detached and it was broken. The price was also very high when compared with their quality. it cost me for 2N. You can go for this hotel if you don't have any other option.

It's a very quiet place near the opera house. And this area is very close to chawpatty. And all facilities available except the restaurant. We have to order food or we can go outside. You can live here with family or couples. Hot water available as and when required.

I had booked this hotel for my dad to stay near my hospital however it turned out to be his one of worst experience. Staff not co operative, rooms were shabby n not at all as per description in photos uploaded. Ac was not working at not. No ventilation or windows at room. Worst than a guest house for the rent paid

Nice and calm place to stay. Very close to all the basic needs. Walkable distance to chaupati and charni road station.

Ami booking for 2 days. I am booking for 2 days but i am stay just few hours. And i am calling to castomar care and castomar exicutive says to me pols adjust. I am very bed experience.

The hotel was very good and the cleanliness was also good. also hotel staff are good. happy with make my trip.

According to room budget is too high too small room and hotel is behind the crossing all time crosses the train and sound of horn

It was very bad experience i have no hot water, no tv, room is not proper clean the hotel staff is not good
