Welcome Hotel

the hotel shown in website & given the room totally different, they didn't have buffet breakfast where they have given only 2 slice bread & 1 omlet, i have paid more than 500 rupees online but here it is not worth for 200 rupees. Even the room is not worth to 2500 because they don't give water bottles, no wifi, no dental kit etc...

Not good for family as in 4th floor cigarettes smoke is everywhere. Also room is not clean . Staff is also not helpful

The hotel is centrally located and big rooms and clean and the service is managed well, close to the gpo in fort area, vt or cst is 5 mins walk. 4

No facilitiesbs if book by mmt. Hotel not provide even complimentary drinking water or iron or any small facilities. They answer if booking directly then we can provides. Hotel is neat and clean but service

The hotel is quite overpriced. Even mineral water was not provided in the room. Neither kettle for warm water.

The rooms are very dingy with little or no ventilation. Bottled water is not provided. They charge you a hefty premium for a water bottle. No lifts. The reception is on 2nd floor. People with knee problems are not advised to book here.

yes the welcome hotel experience was good and hotel management and hotel support staff were also very helpful next time i also chose the welcome hotel and my rating for the welcome hotel is 10/10 thanks 🙏. 🙏

Though there was no food service from the hotel itself you can order food Zomato or swiggy easily. Staff were friendly. Rooms very clean and tidy but cozy type. great experience to stay. AC, Light, Fans and TV were working properly. Just 5 mins walk away from CSMT.

Hotal was good taf is also very polite but it is very expensive, price should be some what cheaper than its actual

Near to cs t rely stn, good location. Room not worth for money, looks very old. I changed hotel after one day stay to a cheap, neat, new hotel which is very close to cs t stn.
