The room was disappointingтАФunclean and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It felt neglected, with no housekeeping service provided during the stay, which only made things worse. The bathroom was also dirty and unhygienic, adding to the discomfort. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance was unacceptable and made the stay far from pleasant. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation. Attention to hygiene and proper upkeep is a must, but unfortunately, this property failed to meet even the basic standards. A very poor experience overall. Definitely needs improvement.

The room was dumpy and terrible. Instead of a proper double bed, they had just attached two single beds, which made it very uncomfortable. Because of this, my baby was unable to sleep the whole night. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast, which was good

We had a pleasant time at the hotel. The location is central and we had good access to local cabs.The food is tasty and the dining staff is courteous. The rooms are clean and has good water heaters. The housekeeping staff is also very helpful and caters to our needs promptly. The washrooms, though are at a height which can be challenging to senior citizens. The rooms are compact with little ventilation so recommended for short stays or stopovers. Overall, a good experience at Hotel Regal Palace !! We had a pleasant time at the hotel.
