The room was disappointingтАФunclean and had a strong, unpleasant smell. It felt neglected, with no housekeeping service provided during the stay, which only made things worse. The bathroom was also dirty and unhygienic, adding to the discomfort. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance was unacceptable and made the stay far from pleasant. Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation. Attention to hygiene and proper upkeep is a must, but unfortunately, this property failed to meet even the basic standards. A very poor experience overall. Definitely needs improvement.

The room was dumpy and terrible. Instead of a proper double bed, they had just attached two single beds, which made it very uncomfortable. Because of this, my baby was unable to sleep the whole night. The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast, which was good

We had a pleasant time at the hotel. The location is central and we had good access to local cabs.The food is tasty and the dining staff is courteous. The rooms are clean and has good water heaters. The housekeeping staff is also very helpful and caters to our needs promptly. The washrooms, though are at a height which can be challenging to senior citizens. The rooms are compact with little ventilation so recommended for short stays or stopovers. Overall, a good experience at Hotel Regal Palace !! We had a pleasant time at the hotel. The location is good but the chaufer service is not all day only at specific timing and the complimentary breakfast was also not nice, upma and aloo sabzi was smelling and the poori had too much oil

Food was good. Location wise it's very near to marine lines and make it easy to go and enjoy the beauty of nature. Most of the major visiting places are around walking distance. It's just that the room was too small in comparison to what they show on the website. And there was a constant smell of smoking in the room.
