The Sahil Hotel

Stay was pleasant. The location of the hotel is excellent, with nearby metro and local stations. Food was good. The price for the room was high compared to the other hotels with the same amenities. breakfast options are limited and need improvement. Housekeeping and room service were excellent.

location was super, breakfast was good.room was small but cozy only negative things was washing cabinet, washbasin was small and water tap at the corner. water spil out of washbasin and wet the floor of cabinet area every time on ise

Everything was good, staff were supportive, car parking was ample, location was favorable. only small issue was washbasin water drain was slow.

Not worth the price, breakfast was useless, tasteless. The staff was helpful though. Never planning to visit again

It was very comfortable stay.They have upgraded us to suit room.. Rooms were small, but was good for 3 person.Bathrooms were clean. AC was great! We found food quality was also great!! It was very near to Mumbai central station, so very easy to commute.

Good location, safe - which is imp for a city like Mumbai. The rooms have some very peculiar odour which was the main problem, maybe some bed bugs as well.

This place where u will feel safe like home 🏡 food and room is best in town no complaints no demand my favorite place in list....

The room was elegant, clean, and comfortable. Food was excellent, and the 24/7 kitchen a welcome feature. However, the checkout experience was humiliating. I was wrongly charged for a ₹200 snack I never consumed. Despite my clear explanation, the staff chose to doubt my word. As a reputed professional who spent significantly on the stay, I found it insulting to be questioned over such a trivial amount. Since I’m certain I didn’t consume the item, it’s evident that a half-used product was placed in the room by staff—reflecting carelessness in their duty. This raises concerns about internal checks and accountability. Even if such issues arise, they should be handled discreetly to preserve the guest’s dignity. I expected basic trust and courtesy. Simple measures like verifying minibar items during check-in and checkout could prevent such incidents. I urge the management to inspect their processes and staff conduct more carefully to avoid repeating this with other guests.

very good stay experience. The hotel staff is very prompt in room service. The breakfast has a wide spread and delicious. The lady at the live counter making omelette and Dosa is very diligent in providing food according to customer requirements.
