Amazing stays,clean room and the staff are polite and friendly.The food is good as well

Room was not properly cleaned. And food which has to buy from the hotel is also very expensive......

Service wise room was small that was drawback it should have been bigger in photos it looks bigger in size but it is so much small for 2 people also

The stay was clean Bathroom was clean Staff were good Fooding option was not available in our package But security facilities can be increased

Very shady area for a hotel, rooms were unclean too Please avoid We checked in the afternoon but decided to have an early checkout as we didn't feel comfortable with staff and the hotel area

Location is not good, they should upload a pic of location as well, also the services was bad, our check in time was 12 , but room was not ready even till 12:30 and then we were suggested room changes.

Location was not good very small street and uncomfortable area the enters was very small and also lift was small to only two people go at a time without lagege the room was also small and not nit clan the ac is also not working and the lift was not stop at 7th floor so you have to use stairs the outside view is not that much nice you can only see the factorys and Wearhouse the staff was nice and helpful

Not not recommended at all - overpriced - leaking shower- no proper ventilation- don't you dare to come if you are claustrophobic 🥹🥹. I somehow managed and got out early next day

Very poor service, no maintenance, lift not working on every floor. I will never suggest to any one to stay in such worst hotel. Mm t should include such hotels in their panel. I am not satisfied.

We arrived and there were no parking they asked me to park illegally and pay someone money for that also the ac had no control as it was locked rest room was ok there was some train noise as it is next to station

My confirmed stay at hotel victoria park was shifted to hotel prime residency. The stay was terrible. Very small room, dirty bed cover and towels, terrible location, no lift, no breakfast provided, very old building. Overall it was a terrible experience

It was good, staff is very helpful l and all the services were available there rooms were clean and routine cleaning. I would like to visit again
