Room service very bed .. very bed experience..! Room was too small , even glass was not available in hotel

This was the most pathetic hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The reception area was dirty, especially the sofa, which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was no staff available to help with luggage – I had to carry it to my room myself. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was extremely unpleasant. The TV kept turning on and off and didn’t work properly. The bed mattress was in terrible shape; the springs were poking through and made it very uncomfortable to sleep. To make things worse, the fan speed controller was missing, so I couldn’t adjust it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Worst place. Damaged everywhere. Torn towel. After paying won't suggest anyone to stay there.

Very nice management. And so co operative, they have upgraded my booking without any extra charges.

Terrible stay rooms had very bad smoking smell and smell of paint, worst experience ever, bathroom was smelly and very small rooms and hotel rooms without window

The location of the property is good. However it is over priced. The quality of room provided doesn't match with the price charged.

There is no parking and bedsheet was messy and had holes in it tv not working never going back here now

This hotel is not have a restorent and not have cab facilities and not have passions about payment of staying increased

Hotel is clean but surrounded by big rats and they are moving around all places, not a good experience, especially on third floor where i stayed

Hotel rich, the malayali manager and the staff makes the hotel a better place to stay. Though the hotel room we're not nice in terms of smell and maintenance, the service given by those boys make you forget all the issues. If you are looking for rooms in andheri west hotel rich should be your choice

I found a mouse in my bed, i am really terrified, i stayed at top floor and can't even sleep properly. The rooms doesn't worth the price.

Amazing food, stay and hospitality

1. No pantry. Still classified as hotel. We can’t even get coffee or tea 2. No lift. The intercom not working. So you have climb up and down every time you need to seek help. Not fit for senior citizens 3. The staff non-cooperative. They have answers for everything. When tea was asked they said milk is not there. 4. There is no facility to make your own morning tea or coffee by providing water kettle or tea coffee bags not recommended for stay. minimum pantry facilities are not there in the property.
