The Classique Club

The property is old and I’ll maintained. The bathroom doesn’t have a decent hot water supply. The shower is non functional (worse than a government college hostel) and the fixtures are either broken or too old & rusty. The only saving grace for the property is the location.

Whilst all was passable, the fact that the elevator was not operational during full stay of 5 nights and I had to walk up and down 4 floors every time I needed to leave the room, was not acceptable at all. The hotel staff insisted it was maintenance and I dont see how the maintenance took 5 days and was still not operational when I left

Room size too small ,breakfast bad , it’s actually a club house of apartment and not an exclusive hotel

Awesome property, Best hospitality. All staff were so generous and friendly. Reception Master was so Nice and humble, ready to help in all ways. Mr. Jatin.Ambience was so beautiful. Special thanks to the Chef for such tasty breakfast. Had a great stay and we enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommended.

The stay was really nice. The food we had in the restaurant was very good. The hotel common areas are very nice and clean. Couldn't use the swimming pool area because a renovation work was on, but other than that a really great experience.

weak staff ,not good services,room cleanliness is not well,overall disaster experience,staff is not cooperative even at parking slot

2nd flr deluxe room was nice n cosy. Food was good. We had breakfast and ordered in room dining. Pool was great though depth was not more than 5ft. But it was well maintained. Downside was 2nd flr both the days there was conferences so it was a bit noisy. Overall wld definetly book again.

Food is good, room service is good to but overall experience in terms of room, house keeping makes your stay average.

The classique club is in heart of the city. Its very cool place, good cooking cleaness, staff behavior is excellent, all amenities show in make my trip is excellent whenever i go mumbai i try to stay there

Extremely untidy hotel. Someone just walked into my room at 2am in the morning. Extremely shocking experience

Nice cleanly well maintained rooms. Easy to locate by google map and didn't find difficulty in finding location despite new to this location.

This hotel is not value for money. They charge 8k but you would get experience of a 3 star hotel. Waste of money

The property is good. But the staff is not. I went out walking at night and the watchman security is asking me to make an entry. I would get a call in the morning at 9 asking me to check out and that would bother my sleep. Food at room service was cold. Not hot enough. I had spinach soup and had food poisoning. The hotel is good but staff and service is horrible.

Great place to stay and very family. Staffs were very friendly and were always helpful. Would highly recommend

The overall ambiance of the room is not good. The actual room is not as it appears in the picture. It is old-styled and the furniture is not well maintained. An overpriced place. Surprisingly, the hotel also demanded the extra money in the name of mm t without citing any reasons.
