my booking was 1room 2adults I got dormetry booking

they are scammers and make my trip is nkt even doing anything about it yesterday only when i called hotel for location they send me somewhere 2km away and from there to some oother location this is my last booking by

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the hotel experience I had during my recent trip to Mumbai, which was booked The quality of the hotel was absolutely unacceptable — far below any reasonable standard. The room was filthy, amenities were either broken or non-functional, and the overall hygiene was horrendous. What was shown on your and what was provided in reality were completely mismatched. Despite trusting for a pleasant stay, what I received was a third-class, pathetic experience that ruined my trip. I demand a full refund for this miserable stay, and I strongly urge you to immediately delist this hotel to prevent other travelers If no proper response or resolution is provided within the next 48 hours

Not worth the price we pay. The toilet roof leaked, not clean. No ventilation in the room. They provided a menu but no kitchen in the hotel. Overall, not a good experience.

nice staying, good service and property location was near by metro station and local train station also and bathrooms was clean but very small bathrooms conjusted space. overall the stay was superb

Did not get the water supply in the bathroom. When i complained they kind of ignored and i had to go to the reception and talk about the problem. They told me to give me a bucket of water but i had to ask twice then i got the bucket and it was not even full. Then after a long time i got the water supply.

This is my 3rd time in a short span. I like this place as it is clean decent and convenient for me.

Convenient hotel near juhu. Clean and safe. I will come back again. Near to everything and easy to move around

Worst experience i had ever had with this hotel. Hotel room was pathetic. Stale smelling. Walls are worn out and dirty. Plug point was pathetic and was oozing out of the wall. It was just beside the bed. If by mistake my had touched it, i would be seriously injured. Overall worst experience. Hotel management doesn't care your app. No water, no soap, no towel.

1. Old and non-maintained walls with cracks, breakage and paint missing at many places. 2. Full of mosquitoes. 3. Water bottle provided was will seal broken and non-mineral. 4. Ac not cooling as expected.

Very small rooms

The hotel is good room was clean but the main thing is the location of the hotel is wrong on the map it is totally a different area

Nice stay and hotal staff is very supportive, hotal is clean and well maintained, so near by andheri station it take only 5 min, food restaurant also very near over all hotal is very good,

As per location the hotel is in best price and service are also good. Staffs behavior, and rooms are good

Do not stay here. Standard rooms do not have bathrooms attached. Common toilet is terrible. Power cut during midnight. No power backup. Horrible experience. Lesson learnt.

Stay was nice. Hotel room was good with good amenities but didn't provide soap, towel, shampoo.

Very poor unhygienic hotel with 1000s of cockroaches where there is no telephone in the room to call the reception nor do they provide towel or soaps. Also they have not refunded any money to me even after complaining to mmt as i didnt pay 9k rs to stay awake all night in cockroaches. Unclean room unhygienic washroom worst service ever
