Hotel Panchvati Residency Nr Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital

the hotel is just a residential apartment turned in to a hotel with no proper service . the rooms were decent partitioned by wall made up with ply . there were cockroaches and mice coming through the small balcony space. the room service was poor and they didn't even provide breakfast which was included in booking . the only good thing about the hotel is the location which is nearby Andheri West metro.

Location was perfect as near to D.N.Nagar metro but hotel cleanliness is a concern and breakfast is fixed and limited not like buffet as other hotels provided.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean and also the bed was comfortable . But what I liked the most is location as it's just a walking distance from nearest metro station. So overall a good experience

The photos on the internet and other sites are far apart. The rooms were just okayish and ameneties were just fine. Staff is helpful and soft spoken but property is shabby looking. The lift is too small can fit 2 people barely.

Location is accessible both by metro as well as by road. Rooms are spacious but are noisy as the metro runs adjacent to the property. Bathrooms are not well maintained and water was not clearing after our bath ...there were no showers. The property provides complimentary breakfast but my experience was terrible. Idli served was cold, undercooked and even the sambar was cold at the time it was served. We were 3 guests and I immediately complained to the front desk regarding the quality and they arranged 1 replacement from outside after almost 40 minutes. I again called and reminded them that we were 3 of us and then they again took another 30 mins to arrange the other 2 replacements.

Property was ok, Bedsheet was not perfect,some part was Tared, TV was incharge so unable to watch TV, Intercom was not working

breakfast system not good i think i never book this hotel nex time food also not good

Room was good. Service was also good It’s just shower wasn’t working Also geyser was not working Rest overall it was nice experience!

Hotel is in very vague location, also they don’t have proper amenities to support family stay like - Dirty towels, pillows etc. I took breakfast as a combo with my stay, but that was also not up to mark

Panchvati residency is very worst hotel ,pls remove from your list.Dont go in this hotel.No goog cleanness and breakfast is very worst.
