The place is not maintained at all, bed is in very bad condition, Dorm was smelling very badly, and the moment they got to know I have booked in cheaper price from MMT , he increased price also.

Nice cosy well located place, very cooperative well behaved staff, maintenance is good with clean toilets, dinning is not available but staff can get you very tasty food at nominal rate. I feel like staying once again on my next visit.

This stayed I had booked for one of my Male friend who was in mumbai for just a day and didn't wanted to spend much on stay as he would be there for few hours in night for stay but as I booked this dormitory for him he was very much happy with this stay as it was very clean and hygienically maintained the washrooms were clean, beds were clean and odorless overall he was had a really good experience of dormitory in Mumbai in a budget.

The place is comfortable, nice place to stay, clean washrooms to use. The staff at the reception are a bit unruly, and show adhoc behavior. If all you want from this is a place to sleep, and you won't be here from morning to night, this is ideal

I stayed at Business Deluxe Dormitory with my friends. The stay was quite comfortable. The location was good and easy to find, and the facilities were very good. It's a very nice property with all basic amenities. The room was provided to us was a bit congested. The staff was co-operative, and everything was good.

Location was not that much good. There were no signboards of property, so it was not easily accessible. Satisfied with facilities. There was no proper security. Water was leaking from the ac and there was no staff for cleaning it. I would recommend this property if they will improve their services.

There was a huge problem during check-in. I want to experience Dormitory so I have booked Dormitory for me and my friend. But when I reached the hotel with dealing with wrong location give. They denied for check-in. According to them, MakeMyTrip booked only 1 bed for 2 people and. I was struggling with MakeMyTrip to talk once. After multiple efforts, I was able to approach company agent and they took 2 hours to solve problems. I don't have hard feelings for any one neither hotelier nor company but the experience was too bad that I can not forget.
