Hotel Stayland Inn Nr. Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital

Check in was easy, After that they gave room on the ground floor, dirty walls, geyser not working so I have to take cold shower and I showed the hotel guy but no response, wifi not working then no response, TV was there but no cable or DTH connection, room don't have windows or natural light source, AC without remote runs only on one speed, there was a big square hole in the wall which I told hotel guy to cover so he covered using a small pillow. It's difficult for a good couple or a family visiting from outside mumbai as they will get a negative impact on Mumbai at first. And there was some work going on due to which there was noise. And he put some devotional songs at a very high volume. Guests come here to stay peacefully but this is a hotel so he should avoid songs at a very high volume which disturbed guests and he can use headphones.

There was an unpleasant experience in the hotel, often detailing issues such as poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, broken amenities, poor service, or uncomfortable conditions like dirty sheets, noisy rooms, and a lack of basic facilities like hot water .

The room was not clean, cockroaches were crawling on the bed & bathroom. I asked the doormat to the housekeeper, and he handed me a towel to use as the doormat. Bedsheet & blanket were also not clean & smelling bad. Tv was not working.

nice experience in de classico hotel, room was good and each facilities was also good. friendly budget room & also near the rockkkk bech😍

Not worth to satya as per rating and description mentioned. Area is also not safe as well as hotel was situated inside very narrow lane which not visible easily for anyone.

I really had good and comfortable stay

Damp room, torn and dirty sheets. Although, staff intention was good and service quite ok, it's the location and infrastructure of the hotel which is disappointing. Not for any decent traveller.

Location itself is not good and also the rooms are closed form everywhere and there is no provision for fresh air. Also the property looks that some suspicious activities are going on

It was quite good place to stay as solo traveller. Rooms were very neat clean and rooms were enough spacious. Had working tv with all channels working. Very quick to service. It's little tricky to find location for the first time.

The hotel is inside a slum, very unsafe, disgusting management

This hotel is fraud and every time people go to checking suppose in evening or night they just say hotel is not available and can be shifted to another property then they make you wait for 2-3 hours and rooms are also very bad cheap quality please don't say here i beg you

first they denied entry, they gave entry after half and hour and everything was horrible . location , service etc

Well first of, i did make a reservation at around 5 and we made it quick cause we wanted changed our plans pretty quick. And i did get my reservation and everything which did give me a relief. But once we went there, they didn't receive our confirmation from makemytrip yet. And we had to wait 30 mins to get into the room. That's all
