excellent property amenities are good location is nice but offline tariff is too much better to book online

Diamond hotel is a clean and affordable place. The location particularly was perfect since it was close to everywhere i wanted to be.

This hotel is terrible. it is very dirty and unhygienic. despite complaining to there has been no resolution.

We booked a deluxe room for three, which, according to the images ,had a double bed and a single bed. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with only a double bed. When I showed the receptionist the images, he claimed that the photos were of the "Super Deluxe" room and that they had recently renamed Classic to Deluxe and Deluxe to Super Deluxe, causing the discrepancy. However, the "Super Deluxe" listing also only mentions a "Queen Bed," making this seem like a clear case of to trap tourists. After arguing with the staff, they reluctantly agreed to provide an extra mattress, but I had to remind them three times before they finally brought it. The room was small and cramped, making the stay uncomfortable. The biggest issue occurred when my friend arrived at 2 AM. He tried calling me and my other friend, but the calls didn’t connect. When he asked the receptionist if we had checked in, the receptionist denied it. After my friend argued, insisting this was impossible, the receptionist suddenly gave him another room. The next morning, we called our friend only to find out he had been placed in a separate room without our knowledge. Realizing this was likely a scam to charge us extra, we immediately went to the reception to confront them. The night and day shift receptionists were different, and when the day shift receptionist arrived, he taunted us but eventually let my friend shift back to our room without extra charges—likely because he knew they had been caught. To make things worse, the address is also incorrect, which only adds to the confusion and frustration. Overall, this was a horrible experience. The hotel misleads guests provides poor service, and treats visitors poorly. I would strongly advise against booking here.

blanket towel pillow cover was not washed it was in terrible condition even hot water geyser was not working I had a booking of 3 days but I checked out within a day

Very well maintained hotel & room service on demand. Pleasant stay with proper amenities available. Food has to be arranged as it's a little costlier than mrp rates but all in all a very good stay

Room we actually booked had molding and we decided to change to another room. Hotel staff were amenable and cooperative. Rains in mumbai do cause such issues so it is understandable. Check in checkout were easy and managable. Room was clean, standarad size but not properly aired out. Overall a good enough stay.

Staff was rude, no parking space even for small vehicle, no basic amenities in room like tea cattle etc. I don’t find any reason why this hotel was in mmtp black. Your feed back form is biased. I don’t have phographs and it is not allowing me to submit form

After a long i have got a very good room in mumbai, very spacious and well maintained property. I would love to go back again there. Staff is courteous. Please update the location of the property in the app as the same takes to a different location which is almost 500 mtrs away from the original property.

Hotel was good, rooms were also comfortable in all terms whether it was ac or cleanliness. But room service was not good.

It was so comfortable stay at the hotel. Staff was friendly, amenities are super excellent. Good ac, clean washrooms, wifi and tv facility are first class.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Washroom are also clean. Nice stay for family and couple. Parking is little bit difficult. If you book the room please call the hotel and ask for the confirmation of booking first. I have issue while checkin the hotel. Overall my stay was good with family. Recommended to couples and family.

The location was too inside. The interior is good. Overall it was an okay stay place. The only thing i felt bad about was that the hotel staff made us wait during check in related to some issues with pricing at mm t list which is not our problem, but we were made to wait the check in.

The tv didn't work throughout my stay. The hotel staff failed to fix this issue. I had booked a room for 3 adults and paid the full amount in advance, but the hotel gave only 1 water bottle complimentary. For a room of 3 there is only 1 bottle complimentary. Drinking water should be free and can be ordered or refilled according to the need free of cost. After lot of arguments they agreed to not charge for drinking water.
